Return and Exchange Policy

Return & Exchange Duration Customers may apply for a return or exchange of the Deluvo - Shoe Bag within 30 days of receiving their product. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method originally used for the purchase.

Non-Returnable Items Please note: The Deluvo - Shoe Bag marked as "Final Sale" is not eligible for return or exchange.

Cancellation Policy

  • Before Processing: Orders can be cancelled before the Deluvo - Shoe Bag is processed for shipping. If you cancel during this time, you will receive a full refund.
  • After Shipping: Once the Deluvo - Shoe Bag has been shipped, we cannot accept order cancellations.

Return and Exchange Conditions

  • The Deluvo - Shoe Bag must be returned in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Returns and exchanges must be conducted using the same shipping service as the original delivery.
  • We only accept returns and exchanges from the country to which the Deluvo - Shoe Bag was originally shipped, for example, orders delivered to the United Kingdom must be returned from the United Kingdom.
  • Customized versions of the Deluvo - Shoe Bag are not eligible for return.
  • Returns and exchanges are not free of charge; customers are responsible for all import and shipping fees.
  • Faulty Deluvo - Shoe Bags may be returned.

Returns that Show Signs of Wear We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the Deluvo - Shoe Bag shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition.

Notification of Rejected Returns If a return or exchange of the Deluvo - Shoe Bag is rejected, we will inform you, and you may choose to have the item sent back to you at your expense.

How to Return an Item

  2. Package Your Return: Place your receipt and the Deluvo - Shoe Bag back into the original packaging.
  3. Documentation: Complete all necessary customs documentation and attach it to the package.
  4. Courier Drop-off: Hand over the package to the courier. After the courier verifies the contents, secure the package for shipment.

Refund Process

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • After your return is received and inspected, allow 7-14 business days for processing, especially during peak periods. If the conditions are not met, the package will be sent back at your expense. Upon acceptance of the return, your refund will be issued, and you will receive a confirmation email.
